Thursday: Tony

Tony is one of my good friends at work.

Sometimes, as a manager, you need a friend who tells you what you need to hear and where you may be getting it wrong....a bit...Tony does that for me.

P.S. It is ironic that once I posted this I read about the death of Nelson Mandela.  Ironic, because Tony is from South Africa and had such a deep love for his country.....
