After the storm

Blue skies and flocked trees.
We ended up with 28 inches of snow. We were lucky. Two Harbors, which is only a few miles away, got 48! More blowing and shoveling and going up on the roof to clean the satellite dish. Monte's going to hire someone to shovel the roof, thank heavens. He fell off the cabin roof a couple of summers ago and I get nervous everytime he goes up now. We lost electricity last night about 8:30 and it didn't come back until the early hours of the morning. At least it didn't last too long. We drove into town today and they didn't get as much snow as we did. The roads were still rutted with ice though. I'm glad we have a four wheel drive truck to get around in.
