Calm before the Storm

This was the sunrise as I saw it this morning at 7.30am, before the storm started to come in and cause havoc and disruption for so many, my heart goes out to all who have been affected by it. I got in about 3.30pm and noticed that seven panes of glass have been blown out of the greenhouse and lay shattered on the lawn. I was supposed to be in Southwold this evening for dinner but that's been postponed for now. Instead we went to a pub which was nearer and not affected by the wind and high tides where a delicious dinner was enjoyed by all.
