10 Months Old

A year ago it was Bump rocking a 'tash, now Charlie thought he'd support his Daddy in his Movember effort.

Today my little man hits double digits!

He weighs 18lbs 16oz and as of a couple of weeks ago is 68cm, though given his recent feeding frenzy I'm guessing he's spurted up to 69cm now.

Some of his favourite things are:
- cables, they're wonderful to yank and chew !?)
- his stacking cups, especially when I build the tower as he immediately rushes over to knock it down
- His activity table and his walker

He loves cruising around furniture and is actually a bit cocky with it, most of the time standing there one-handed. He also practices his walk using his walker but crawling is his greatest passion. He is ridiculously fast!

He also loves inadvertently pulling the plug out of the bath by yanking the chain, but like a cable it's too tempting!

One of the things I love is that in recent months he helps me get him dressed. I put his vest over his head and position his hand near the arm hole and he pushes his arms through the sleeves like a pro (or an impatient child!)

Sadly changing his bottom half isn't as fun. He wriggles and squirms and shows superhuman strength when it comes to avoiding having his nappy changed. I don't think he dislikes having his nappy done so much as loses patience when there's something else to play with/look at!
