Stormy sea
Strong winds hit the east coast today so I tried to get some shots. It was spectacular just being out in these conditions. It also hampered the photography. It was difficult standing up in the wind and even when I crouched down it was difficult to keep the camera still. Snow and spray on the lens didn't help and if I stayed out for more than a few minutes my fingers got so cold with the windchill I couldn't press the shutter release never mind fiddle with other adjustments. I live in awe of photographers that cope with these conditions! However it was an exhilarating experience and I managed one or two interesting shots but I am sure they could be improved upon if I get another chance. I hope you all survived the storms.
