Floods

Well after been forcefully restrained into not being allowed out managed to cancel things.
Did realise a few things today basically have till the end of the month even if i only stick to bread and milk on the shopping list I only have weeks, realising no point fighting any time I try he stops it one thing bible study said is should all have hope but I don't get it everytime I think that hope anything he stops it police threats, filling people up with lies about me, stopping me moving on, and stopping the things suggested to me.
