Castle Rock at sunset again

I was sorting through some flower images I took early this evening in bright, overcast conditions, when I glimpsed the light changing through the window and took my camera outside again.

I hadn't expected much of a sunset tonight as there was so much cloud. Nor'west skies are unpredictable, though, and tonight was a real surprise. I caught the last light on the few remaining tall buildings in the city, but I liked this shot the best, the second to last I took, before the colours faded.

So nice to be back home to see the sky again, and to be treated to such a light show!
