Between the Weather

This was the view from our window at 8 a.m.

Yesterday, appalling, destructive weather had left its mark on the country. This afternoon until early tomorrow morning, this part of the world is promised heavy snow (or light snow, depending on which forecaster you trust!). So even after the blue disappeared from the sky this morning, the bland, still, chilly grey was quite welcome.

I hate winter. And the snow-phobia is no better!
