This morning I killed Santa.

'Louis and Hamish said they don't believe in Santa and that mums read the letter you write and then throw it away...'

I honestly thought he was fishing. I thought he wanted permission to come out into the open with his nine year old's worldly scepticism.

Turns out I was wrong.

Oh dear. That was alot of tears.

I expect some tough questions about the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy later.
