First attempt at a Paul Hollywood recipe.

We obviously don't have enough to do because we set up the camera on the tripod and took shots of it cooking! It's cooling now and smells wonderful. Looking forward to cutting it...

If I try this caper again, I'll make sure the oven door is clean before I start shooting
