Scary bit!

I've been feeling quite homely today, probably because I'm very conscious I have to go to Luxembourg on Sunday. Work travel should be banned in December! It's very rare I am able to spend a Friday at home. We spent some of the morning gathering wood for the fire from the many wind-torn trees in the woods. Followed by a day of either preparing, or serving, food to several visitors. All the while tending to my cosy fire. Lovely! The last remaining kids are watching a DVD while I crack open a bottle of red.
