What's in the oven?

The hornero (not in photo!) is a brown bird with a short tail and a longish bill. The Spanish word hornero comes from horno, meaning 'oven'. They are common in Uruguay and Argentina and are known for their mud nests (this is one of them) which are masterpieces of engineering.
