December 6th

Had an early morning meeting with a consultant in Edinburgh so dropped into Krispy Kreme's to pick them up a box of assorted doughnuts.

After this I headed through to Falkirk to see a contractor about a couple of projects he's working on and took him out to lunch.

A quick trip home to catch up with some emails and a change of clothes before catching the 15:15 train into Edinburgh for a works night out.

I met the gaffer at Murrayfield for a couple of pints and 4 games of bowling (which I averaged 157 and hit a 195 in the process).

After this we headed up to Tiger Lily's on George Street for some cocktails and meet the rest of the party before dining at the Amarone restaurant.

We finished the night with a dram at Harvey Nichols and a taxi home.
