RIP Jack

Today we buried my great sailing and diving buddy Jack Crofton in Newport. Jack, perhaps best well known for his sculptures and bronze casts which can be seen all around the world from Westminster to New Zealand, was a passionate adventurer and sailor having sailed all around the world. He feared nothing and nothing worried him. I can honestly say just abut every moment I spent with Jack was exciting, perhaps even frightening at times. It seems unreal that less than 2 months ago I was having a laugh with him down the pub. I thought he could defeat anything, but cancer got him in the end.

He was a great friend, someone I learnt a lot from and sh.... I will miss him.
