Went through to Stromness to visit folk. Must have been the coldest day ever recorded there . I met a young, dashing academic, home from Aberdeen Uni, and he told me I shouldn't be going along to see his Grandad and encouarging 'such behaviour'. All we had been doing was sitting and having a dram. Academics eh ?
