Mirrorland

The corner of the art room where we have our Saturday Studio. Afterwards three of us went to a café by the river, and I had the glass of wine i did not have yesterday (it was coffee then). We philosophised about the world and the times we live in, and reflected on the bond between the Saturday artists. Some of whom have been coming for more then twenty years. By painting right in front of others, even if you don't talk about it, you do bare your soul for all to see. Specially if things don't work out the way you want them to, or when you paint over something that was more beautiful before you did so. I love Saturdays.
