Two coats of basecoat later and this now looks like this.
Rushed through the second coat this morning before the lovely Leanne came through from the weedge to see the flat. We just need to work out what colour to paint now. We find out the sex of the baby on Thursday (providing he/she is happy to show us it's bits). I don't think that'll have a bearing on how we decorate really though.
It was great to have a catch up with Leanne. I'd hoped we could get up to morningside to Edward and Irwyn's kitchen to drink some hot chocolate but by the time we talked about heading up there it was already past three and they would be closed. Good job I had some supplies in the house to see us through..
