Not the greatest photo but here we are.

Today was the annual Escalade races in Geneva. Started 35 years ago. It is now the most popular race in Switzerland, with around 30'000 paticipants. The races are around the old town in Geneva. They go on all through the day with kids in the morning and then the older and elite in the afternoon.
The men do 3 loops (7.2k) and the women 2 , and then there is a final race where anybody can run in costume

For us old guys, these short races are very hard, but the support is good and it is all over quite quickly: still managed under 29 minutes which was 10 seconds slower than last time, but the years keep on coming
