Great cookbook

This is a rather cheesy picture of a cardboard chef (I did in fact take this picture a while back.)

The book in his hand is the "Glasgow Cookery Book." It is the bible of cooks across the west of Scotland and was used as the main teaching book form the late 1960s to the present time at the "dough school" in Glasgow. It isn't fancy, has no illustrations, and has simple instructions.

Oh and it's brilliant.
