2014 Military Tournament

The thrills, the spills, the explosions, the White Helmets, the camels (which the grandchildren wouldn't believe were real), the stunts, the chases, the Musical Drive, the Field Gun competition (our side won!) the history, the pageantry, the feeling of pride, the raw emotion when the injured troupes paraded, the Chelsea pensioners..........I had the best of days! I think the grandchildren enjoyed their first visit too but neither of them has the sore throat from the shouting or the hands stinging with all the clapping as me! My heart was fit to burst and I am exhausted!!
