Comfort Food

A slow day today, not unexpected after being out last night. Gave me time to get my stuff together for the company accounts though, before my accountant gets too upset - I'm always late handing things over to him. I should probably have been busy making Christmas cookies as well but S was a bit frazzled doing college stuff so I decided to make her a cake instead. Apple & raisin and it tastes great! Might not last long...
