Mischief Doubled

Not managed the gym at the physio's for the last couple of days because of pressure work - well, pressure of living more like - so I finally got out on my bike this afternoon and did a few circuits of out estate. Only out for around 20 to 25 minutes but I knew I'd done something. Hoping to do that every couple of days now as it saves me making a special journey to the gym just to use the static bike. I'm not one for sitting staring at the wall though the last session I had music blaring through my head all the way through and that helped a lot :)
