Gingerbread houses

Today is the day of my Mom's birth. She has been gone 20 years now but we all continue to think of her on her special day.( she would be 90)
This evening Mike and I went down to the harbor the watch the christmas boat parade. I tried everything I have read about night shots but I fell short. Maybe one night when its not 14 degrees out I can stay out and try more things... I just wanted to hurry up and get warm. After the parade we went into the ferry terminal and looked at probably 50 different Gingerbread houses..They look like a lot of fun, time and imagination.
