Salt's Mill

Visited today, always a good place for gifts and a look round. In the 'village' of Saltaire near Bradford.

The mill was built by Sir Titus Salt in the mid 1800s. Today it is an art gallery, restaurant and shop. Many pieces of machinery and artefacts of the past are still in place and part of the furniture. David Hockney has been linked with the building since its conversion and there are many of his paintings displayed.

In the left hand corner of the pic is a beautiful wooden table depicting an artist's easel and brushes.
