A hobbit house?

Well ... yes a well not a hobbit house. At least it was the last time we looked.

A frustrating day waiting for someone to come and view a car that's for sale on ebay. He'd emailed that he wanted to buy it at the buy now price, then rang and said he wanted to view it and hasn't done either. There's an hour to go for the auction so it could be exciting with a rush at the end or maybe it will fizzle out. The top bid currently is at price that is fine anyway. Hey ho.
