A view in lieu of a loo ...

A very dreary but virtuous morning was to be followed by a trip to Sunk Island ..

As is my habit, I asked mum if she needed the loo before I went out - no, she was fine ..

A cup of tea before I went? Yes please ..

Tea made - mum needs the loo .. changing of clothes required (hers, not mine) .. tea ruined .. more tea made .. quick escape to Sunk Island - already pretty dark ..

Several shots of industrial sunsets (blipped previously), saw a barn owl - too quick and dark to photograph ..

I could have gone for another fox - but I blip them far too often ..

So I headed into town to see if The Deep was looking magnificent in the dying sun - it wasn't .. went to the pier to see if there were any marvellous views of the bridge to be had - there weren't.

I briefly blipped the sign for the prize winning gents' toilet at the pier ..

Which I now see Pauline kindly commented on! But then remembered I'd taken a couple of snaps with my other camera and decided to go with the view of Stoney Creek ..
