Brighter still

Today, it was my turn to take Rich on a Magical Mystery Tour (MMT).  We went to a carol concert at Fountains Abbey. Rich had talked about going to a carol concert but we always seem too late to go to them.

I spotted this one whilst looking for something to do with my parents at Christmas.  The atmosphere in the cellarium was lovely although they needed to amplify the choir as that got lost at the back with all the talking.

Each weekend up to Christmas the abbey is lit up and, for the first time, they are running events alongside.  Worth a visit if you're nearby.
