My Christmas pre-order!

Once a year I allow myself to geek out with a console, so when I saw Grand Turismo 6 could be pre-ordered in the summer for a December release, my credit card was used quicker on Amazon than some of the cars in the game!

For those that don't know, it's not a driving game, but rather a driving simulator, where the dynamics are worked out and represented accurately.

Two years ago I got the steering wheel setup for my PS3 and it will get used again. I found it far more instinctive to use the wheel with gear stick, rather than use the standard controller.

For those of you with eagle eyes, you'll notice it's still wrapped. I have an important exam on the 19th December, so I'm denying myself until that's complete.
