Early Christmas Dinner

This year I was put in charge of organising the Christmas do at work, and in doing so came across the Christmas set menu for Cafe Rouge and fell in love with it. As no-one at work seemed interested in going there, I managed to convince Rich that us having a nice romantic Christmas dinner for two would be a great idea, and so we went there this evening. I had an absolutely scrummy mushroom and stilton starter, the pictured mushroom and truffle tart with seasonal veg and the most delicious spiced red cabbage concoction for my main, followed by a chocolate and hazelnut tart for dessert. I had a lovely time and a beautiful meal, and we followed it up with a few beers with buddies :) Good times, good times.
