A new Policy

Apparently at my work we dont say thanks enough so to encorage us we have to fill it out everytime someone goes out there way to help me. if you get 5 of them you can go to your manager and get a prize(my bet is that its not a wage rise or a bigger bonus) im not sure if this system will work out because so far they have only been used for jokes in my office.
