Kaikoura Seal colony

Although a lovely sunny day today, it was also very windy, which meant abandoning our plans of Whale watching. Instead, we ventured down to the natural seal colony area of Kaikoura where we were able to get quite close to the snoozing seals - and we didn't have to pay a cent! This was by far the highlight of our day.
