We all wear masks

I had the good fortune to attend an art exhibition this evening. Mostly work created by young people it was obviously all created with enthusiasm and pride. I particularly liked this mask. It caused me to pause and reflect on the masks people wear in their daily lives…both personally and professionally. Mask we wear disguise so much more then the face beneath… they protect our soul from being tainted and torn.

We all wear masks, and the time comes when we cannot remove them without removing some of our own skin.
