Demi Rose

I call this my Demi rose as I planted it in memory of my Jack Russell, Demi who died in April this year. It flowers non stop - as one bloom dies, new ones take over. It reminds me of her and how she was such a joy to us. It will be sad this Christmas not to watch her tearing her squeaky toy present open, and then delightedly playing with it. I thought of her today as I cleaned our swimming pool -she was always first in when the weather warmed up!
We will have four dogs here for Christmas - Son Kevin and his wife Phil will be bringing their two dogs: Charlie who has visited before and who knows our dogs, and their new Bassett, Lucy Lu! Could be interesting....
