Resource Full!

Today is the only day I do not have a child to tutor after school.....so an ideal opportunity to delve again into these books.

Little did I know how difficult that task would prove. When you think you have some semblance of order to your methodology.....a phone call makes you realise the futility of that presumption!

Eventually decided to just do straight down the line and have one mammoth cross referencing session when I have it all in print! Exciting stuff!!

Today three whole Grade levels went on a field trip to the ice rink!!! Albert's Grade included..but for obvious reasons..he did not want to go. About 30 children remained behind.

Albert and his friend Filipo decided they would like to do lessons with me so we excused ourselves from the 'herd' and had some great quality time together! Filipo is also a second language English speaker. We did fun maths, audio English, interactive ICT, freeplay PE and creative Art!!! At the end of the day we all agreed it was just the way school should be!!!! ...and we should really be responsible for setting the curriculum! (They do have some interesting ideas!!)

Its been another great day.....busy and full....but great!
