Red Fog over Canberra

There was something strange in the air over the ACT today: state size clouds of red dust blown a couple of thousand kilometres from the centre of Australia (called the 'red centre' for obvious reasons). It was almost like being inundated with smoke from a bushfire - the air had the same sort of close and gloomy feel. This is not such a great photo but it conveys the feeling and atmosphere. BTW I have done nothing to this photo...
