The museum

We had a lovely unexpected afternoon with Stephan today so went to the museum. Jacob wasn't particularly bothered by the interactive children's areas but adored looking at the animals and the trains and cars.
We allowed him to choose one thing in the shop. He chose a bright red racing driver helmet with green visor and refused to take it off. I went to yoga straight after but I'm told that he wore it all the way home and throughout dinner. I got home in time to see the tears when he had to take it off for bed. Sadly it is just too big to lie down in!
