Water, water, water, water, water
We're on the move in this photo.
The vibrations from the engine are causing the water in the bottle to forms waves; the waves and the sides of the bottle create interference patterns, resulting in the pattern shown.
There are drops of water on the inside of the bottle; these appear unaffected by the engine.
The river outside was flowing in the direction we were moving, meaning progress was rapid (by narrowboat standards). There are waves on the surface of the river.
The outside of the window is spattered with rain drops.
The inside of the window has a light coating of condensation.
