Ginger Street

I was in Aberdeen today for the second meeting of the new North East Scotland College board. I was a member of the Banff & Buchan College board, before it and Aberdeen College merged on 1 November, and have become a member of the board of the new college. As part of our induction we were invited to a tour of one of the College's campuses, at the Gallowgate, and very interesting it was too. These creative efforts are being auctioned later in the week, along with some equally impressive Christmas cakes by the entrepreneurial students to fund a study visit they wish to make later in their course. The smell of ginger was overwhelming!
