Waiting for winter

After a few cold days, it has turned warm again - a relatively mild 11 degrees C. The field next to my house seems suspended between summer and winter.

I spent half the morning waiting at the garage while they replaced the front tyres on my car. If we do get some snow then the extra tread will help.
