One of our Belbin tasks was to come up with a new concept for a restaurant, my idea was 'Christmas cravings' a festively global experience. Where any time of year you can go and have a Christmas dinner from any country of your choice. After researching then for all of five minutes the Portuguese Christmas dinner sounded the worst; salted baked cod with three types of cabbage and chickpeas, hmm!
