Keystone Xmas party

Melody didn't sleep til 11.30pm!! Was hoping for a lie in but 8am as usual..
Brought her into my bed for a bit and extra hr kip was had - then sorted clothes, made cottage pie, and went to the party :D
Loads of ppl we knew including Melodys friends and mine - Melody still not 100% so wasn't keen on entertainer, or barney, or Santa (until he got his gifts out! But she did like the food and presents and dancing! Smart girl!
Went into town after - got a few more bits but I'm practically done now! Even secret Santa's!
Melody has been very hard to look after these last few days, screaming at times when things weren't going her way.. But now she's thro the worst of her illness and tiredness, she is being a helpful little treasure again.. Didn't like the glimpse into the dark side! X
