Laughter, a universal language

A friend who teaches Laughter Yoga asked me to help with a class she was giving to a group of children in Khayelitsha as part of their school holiday programme. We were a little concerned that the community may have gone to view Nelson Mandela's memorial service, so were surprised to see about 80 anxious little faces waiting for us! The hall was small so there was little space for them to move about, yet Kate still managed to get them laughing.
