Does your bank send you flowers?

I upset things at my bank last week, or to be more precise it upset me. I complained. It sent me flowers. The card simply said sorry. What amuses me a little is that flowers sent directly from a florist are accompanied by a card bearing the bank's logo. They must have to say sorry quite often!
