Vietnamese food is easily better than Cambodian, with the occasional pitfall of pigs' blood and gristle.
I seem to blip Yen Anh over a dinner table quite regularly - I'm sure people who see us round Hanoi think she's an internet bride and I'm a Western predator - but the scandal we cause is worth it as she always takes me to the best eateries.
Today sizzling beef, egg, onions and potatoes on a skillet with good fresh baguettes to dip in the oil and let it dribble down your chin. Delicious.
