I really am going off Microsoft

I know that has nothing to do with sheep or the lovely picture. But because I have had a hard drive failure, none of the software I have is transferable to the new hardware. It is just infuriating trying to convince the folk in microsoft that I have bought the software, it's just that because I can't access it on the other computer I wouldn't mind getting it again! They all say that is perfectly fine but just bounce me through departments.

Right. Time to swear at someone else.
