Date Night: Rasika

Celebrating our past two years and a month (25 months) at Rasika in DC. We have been to three other restaurants from the same chef. Out of all of them, Rasika and The Bombay Club are our favorites. The cuisine is Indian and mixed with a classy, trendy vibe. (The Bombay Club is more formal. Think grand piano, white shutters, very British-colonial style.) They are definitely places to try if you are visiting DC.

While writing this post, I realized we went to the other Rasika around this time of last year for our 13 months. What coincidence! Reflecting on how much we have changed from last year alone, and how far we have come from that special day in November two years ago, this night brought such special emotions. Who knows where we will be at 37 months and the coming years after? It is quite a journey, but I am thankful we are both looking up ahead and forward to what is to come.
