Walking on the wild side

When I walk (which is most days) I use my time wisely and in many ways. I may be: -
crafting my writing, or my latest painting
reflecting on a loved one
puzzling over a personal issue
gaining greater insight and enhancing self awareness
listening to a podcast or a song
chatting to a friend if walking in company
and always, always noticing the detail around me and being in the moment

Today I was listening to this.
