Cartoon London....

....after being inspired by Artist Annie's blip from yesterday I thought that it was about time that I used all those effects that Photoshop Elements can do but I have never got around to using since I have bought it.

I tested it using this shot then heading back to Camden Town to try it out with another cloud scene.

I am not sure that I will get around to using these effects very often but when the days are as flat as they were today you need something to spice them up.

One of the only times I have ever wanted people in this shot. Maybe a Cartoon London series...
