Wee Puddings

I'll be honest with you. I have eaten a lot of these.
They are pretty near perfection.

They are known as "Dolcini" - a made up word but essentially meaning little puddings.

I find food photography quite a challenging area and it's not something I blip very often. However, trying to learn a bit and spread my wings, I have been doing some of the photography for this cookery blog.
