Garstang Victorian Festival
A festival is held each year in the small market town of Garstang close to where we live.
The small independent shops remain open till late, there are street entertainers, bands and craft/food stalls, mulled wine and roasted chestnuts and, of course, Father Christmas who was led down the high steet by a band to his grotto where he welcomed the children.
It was lovely to see local people and visitors to the town soak up the atmosphere.
